Changes
They happen everyday...get used to it. Especially if I finally talk Jason into writing a blog and then shortly after I've already come up with a new one. He did not have a good day today and I half expected him to write about it at work (which he usually does) but it was resolved. So, the time for me to exchange my truck has arrived. I like my truck. I don't know how I'm going to part with it. He doesn't have feelings. But he has not caused me any problems. I'm looking for a family sedan with good gas mileage. I think I want this one. Well, sure it's $93,000 at the starting price but I can dream. Seriously though, I'm considering one of these. I could do better with the mileage, I know. But if you've noticed, all the awesome mileage cars are either U-G-L-Y or tiny. I'm just too tall for a lot of cars. I read on the reviews that the one I'm considering is good for tall people.
And if I'm going to get a lame sedan, it better turn heads. Other ones I've considered are : Pontiac G6, Chrysler Sebring or Suburu Impreza because it's AWD. I don't like bad weather and I would feel better having a safe car option. This past week has been so hazardous and my 4 wheel drive truck has been awesome. Just gas consuming. If anyone has any recommendations on sweet sedans (if that can even be in the same sentence) let me know. Or any badass minivans I'm all ears. Naw, just kidding. Have a good weekend.

at 2/19/2008 11:32:16 AM- I agree with Sarah, sebrings are trouble. April has one and it's fallen apart. I drive a family sedan and love it actually. I don't really think it's too ugly although it does need to be washed. It's got a spoiler on the back to pep it up some, but no, it's not too fancy. Drives about 450 miles on one tank of gas. That's if you push it and those cars last forever.

I have 2 points:
1. I drove a sebring conv. and loved it on vacay, but when i told some ppl about it, they advised me that sebrings tend to fall apart easily and have a lot of "car problems' later in life, but thats all hearsay.
2. Have you considered a small SUV at all? My parents love their honda CRV, and it gets pretty good gas mileage, with a lot of space (and easier to load babies in and out of because its higher up.)
